If you find freebie load locks, why not just cut 'em down to size.
All of my straps and load lock bars were freebies. Alot of warehouses just want to get rid of them, doesn't hurt to ask.
I will even take the broken and non working ones and rebuild or straighten them. Sometimes all they need is a little adjustment and some oil:)

No e track on the walls at all. I do have it mounted 10 inches off the floor on 3/4 plywood that runs the length of the cargo floor screwed to the wheelhouses and with well placed supports behind it.

Load bars are 48" 2x4's (3 of them, i gave the 4th one away) placed in "brackets" that attack to the e track and 2 ratcheting adjustable load bars with rubbber feet on each end that i picked up at the "J"....

Van E-track on the side wall, what's the best height for barrels?

Van load locks, where can I find them?

I have one row of E-track on each side wall about halfway up, welded to the wall supports.I used 2 aluminum load bars, cut to size to fit the width of the van between the e-track.I place one load bar in front of the barrell, one behind the barrell. They dont move. If it is one barrell, I'll do the same thing, and use straps also. I also have 2 rows welded to the floor also.

I've got two rows of track on the floor, none of the walls. Sprinter side walls have the strength of an aluminum Coke can. For barrels, I simply run a lashing ratchet strap around them, and then loop E-Track straps through the lashing strap, and secure that to the floor on each side.

The center of the E-track is about 27" from the floor.
