For those of us who are unable to attend, might you share what kind of questions were asked? What did people want to know? Were the questions asked about vans today any different than what you have been asked months and years before?

Phil...vanning is slowly morphing....educating shippers has been a long tedious road...but with budget cut backs and JIT inventories, they are learning the importance and differences a sprinter, CMax, Spartan body can make on their expedite budgets and timing....
I walk into some shippers now and they ask...you have a sprinter?....

This year we talked a lot more about high capacity vehicles versus cargo vans. The questions asked were more in depth. We covered insurance, operation costs, load securement, as well as general questions. The crowd this year seemed as if they have been doing their research and were prepared.
