Using Own Authority as O/O in Cargo Van?

Is it possible to use your own authority in a cargo van? And where could you go to get loads? Any help/advice would be appreciatted. Thanks

You sure can and it is not hard. As far as getting loads I work directly with shippers, no brokers or partner carriers.
