Foxnews.com the Unions in Seattle at Boeing complained to the NLRB because Boeing is going to start up another plant for its new airplane in South Carolina which means more jobs for the people in SOuth Carolina and no loss of jobs in Seattle

The Unions are crying because Boeing is creating more non union jobs instead of union jobs so they claim Boeing is trying to breakup the Union and take away rights from union workers so they went crying to the Obama govt
