I was reading all this stuff coming out of Bali and two really important things have really caught my eye.
One is this comment -

It's very hard for the public to understand that you come together with so many people to a very distant place and cause a lot of emissions, and at the same time talk about emission reductions,'' Artur Runge-Metzger, head of climate strategy for the European Commission, said yesterday in an interview in Bali, adding that he had offset his own emissions.
by the way offsetting the 40,000 something tons of Carbon they created, these people are planting trees but not where they are needed.
And the other thing is the UN's refusal to issue journalist credentials for specific media outlets. It seems that the UN's need for all inclusion has been sort of out the window with this issue - forget Iran and North Korea launching missiles, they are too busy stifling people who have questioned the experts.
