Um, which one should we go to?

My wife and I are planning on joining you all in expiditeing, but which workshop series should we go to and better to inform us, if we can only pick one?
A. The one in Louisville, Ky in March 27 and 28, so we can also drool over the cool gadgets for trucks.

or
B. The expiditers expo in Ohio.

I have a question about the one in Ohio, will there also be vendors there too or just workshops? Frankly if its just workshops, knoxville is looking better.

Which on e are you going to attend if any?

The Expediters Expo is usually held in July. You might want to come to the MATTS show in Louisville KY at the end of March. There is one whole section devoted to the Expediter Experience.I belive there will also be a workshop there.

Well, if you go to the one in Knoxville, TN you're going to be very disappointed because the MATS is in Louisville, KY. If you want to see the premier truck show with a fairly good amount of expediting equipment thrown in go to MATS. You won't see as many companies represented there as you will at the expo though. If you want to attend the premier expediting event go to the expo in OH in July.

So what is the big deal about the Expo? What goes on there? Will there be any equipment to look at?

Like the others said - MATS and Expediter Experience is going to be in just 3 weeks.

So if you are entering the industry this Spring - I would say come to Louisville.

If you are entering this Summer - come to the Expedite Expo.
What is there to see at the Expo? 100% everything expedite trucking. Every dealer and carrier that is a "player" is there.

It's also cool to see the growing numbers of expedite owners, drivers and fleet owners that come to show to meet up, network and socialize....which we plan to do all the more for our attendees this year.

Yes, Greg, you gots to go! Networking and socializing online is not half as good as in person - it really helps to put a face with the name, (and see if they look like you imagined).
There's also the chance to relax with some 'adult beverages' involved, and that's always fun, whether you're a participant or observer....

Whether you feel a part of the EO community, or would like to be a part of it, the MATS & Expo are worth the trip.

Well, if someone INSISTS....(and someone generally does, when they find that I'm kind of bashful, in person, and would just clam up & do a great wallflower impression)

Fortunately, there won't be any helium around, or I'd sing, too

But seriously - it's a good time, and it's great to catch up with "old" friends, and meet some new ones, too.
