Turkey Meatballs with Creamy Dill Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/4 pounds ground turkey -- breast meat if possible
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon dill weed -- dried
1 medium onion -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
14 ounces chicken broth -- fat free
corn starch slurry -- to thicken
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon dill weed -- dried
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cups egg noodles
Combine meat ball ingredients and form into small meatballs using 1 tablespoon of mixture for each meatball to make 36 meatballs. (i make 18 of them for myself)
bake meatballs at 350 for 25 minutes.
Pour chicken broth into a saucepan. Add corn starch slurry and heat and stir till thickened, add meatballs. reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add dill weed. Stir in sour cream. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL ONCE SOUR CREAM HAS BEEN ADDED.
