.... on effect high temperatures have on fuel costs

After reading the article, I have to ask what is the reasoning behind a law to allow established standards to be changed.

I don't agree with the ATA and surly don't think that the public should be forced to accept any changes that would give the stations and the distributers of the fuel advantages to sqeeze out more money than they legally deserve.

I don't care who these people are, they are not professionals in meterology and feel that each state should start enforcing thier standards for fuel to stop some of this cheating.
