That is so sad. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. No need to offer anything else. Be safe out there, don't ever second guess Mother Nature, her strength will outlast, out manuver, and outplay you everytime.

Every year people die by under estimating the power of moving water. This poor soul no doubt thought he could step down from the safety of his cab to go the few feet to dry land. A tragic mistake.
