truck exhaust

I have a 1997 GMC 6500 with an alumi bunk sleeper. I am looking for a chrome shop or an exhaust shop in the Cleveland, Ohio area or elsewhere that might have brackets, pipe and heat shield to change my horizontal exhaust to vertical, which is 3". It does not seem too difficult since the pipe is straight to rear. All I need to do is move elbow foreward to end of cab then up..I have been looking for parts to do this but can not locate....Any help would be appreciated
