hampton roads bridge tunnel will be closed from 2100 on 9/14/12 to 0500 9/17/12
east bound lanes

also james river bridge south bound will be closed at same time
for next four weekends or so

mm will be only way toget to va bch and norfolk va etc
to avoid back ups
take 295 to 460 to 58 to 64/264
west bound 64 will be open
north bound 17 will open
