Here's the tickets he received

Sunday when the crash happened just south of Hencle Boulevard. Gray has been issued traffic tickets, charging him with failure to obey a traffic control device, driving the wrong way on a one-way roadway and making an improper U-turn.

Yep, the driver was at fault 690 is a limmited access highway u turns are illeagal except for emergency vehicale. Even rescue vehicals are discouraged from making U turns on the interstates.
But I have had responded to motor cycle wrecks Ive had the misfortune of cleaning up pieces of rider that screwed the pooch.

So, what would a real t/t trainer say about the truck driver in question? Any real former trainers in here, maybe someone from a large company that is a teacher could jump in here. As a former van driver, I would be blaming myself for being on the wrong side, its a no brainer imho. The motor cycle driver is a separate entity at the moment, lets figure out if the t/t was in the wrong because the way Im hearing the data expressed here on the t/t driver, some are saying its ok, I need a cold one now to regain some since of order.

Unfortunately the T/T driver was at fault. Yes even if he was totaly in the right he would still be at fault.

I get tired of people always saying that the T/T is always at fault even when were not at fault. Because all law enforcement records don't show that.

This DA was a idiot and at fault no matter if the kid was driving over the speed limit, the DA was trying to make a U turn while going the wrong way on a 4 lane road.

For Bob to make such a stupid statement is irresponsible in my book.

What I was trying to say is that even if the T/T driver did everything by the book, all his paperwork was perfect, perfect tox screens, no way could he be wrong we as profesional drivers know he would still be painted as the one who had nothing better to do than to run down a motorcycle.

This driver will most likely live with this for the rest of his life.

we all get upset over death and so on, we dont make good sense when we are betwixt and bewildered, grumpy, and we need a cold one on a day like this. I on the other hand am cool , collected, reserve and mostly all here, but I am now loading my Remington auto to move these dangible 4 wheelers out of my way. Any fracking questions, ps I learn't a new word earlier today. Tea and crumpets anyone, lol.

Y'all need to walk the scene, and wait for the tox results for bof'em before ya git indigestion over this. To me, initially, stupid is, is what stupid does.

I was never a trainer but did drive a semi and did my share of dumb stuff but never drove the wrong way against traffic. Even though it was early in the morning I think I would have pulled on the right shoulder and called the police to stop traffic and get me out of there safely.

But then you would've gotten the "Getting stuck in NY tax", which I hear is way above the "Your kids are too fat from eating McDonalds tax".
