I was at the Blue Cross / Blue Shield building this afternoon on East Lafayette. Lots of tickets being written between Luna Pier and the city limits on I-75 both directions.
For a poor state with so many interstates and so many trucks, doesn't it make you wonder why Michigan doesn't have any toll roads?
They are surrounded by states that generate income using this type of tax, so Michigan wouldn't be doing anything ground-breaking.
Is there a particular reason why they don't ??
