Ive actually been looking into this Rig, I thought about Buying a E 350 Ford with the V-10 Engine and Auto Trans with OD...Setting it up as a Gooseneck trailer, putting on a couple 150 Gal fuel tanks....and a nice cargo trailer and youve got a nice little hauler, looks like that one is Dock High too, Sprinter could be a Good Haler but expensive, you can buy these Cab and Chassis Fords a dime a dozen....interesting rig...

I was wondering if it would be possible to take a Sprinter box truck, and push the wheels back a couple feet then add a sleeper extend frame and push the box back so the wheels are in middle of box. I think you would have to modify the drive shaft which I don't even think is possible on Sprinter application. To get a better idea check this side angle view out.
