Bass Pro Shops Try shopping at Bass Pro for some of your winter needs> hey, expediters are really campers and Bass Pro has many things that the junk stores do not have. Like small burners, warm blankets, decent jackets that really keep you warm and so on, try them for stuff that works, imho.

I just got a stack of really nice wool blankets from a Mills Fleet Farm in Minnesota. They were unused military surplus, and they're all wool, hefty models that are nearly impossible to find these days. Other than a couple regular food items and $5 dvd's, I rarely buy anything at Walmart anymore.

i used an electric blanket, warm always.

Kohl's has the Down blankets on sale again and just in time
Daughter works there and with sale price and her 30% off I get to change my blankie and sheets often

Read the package some are synthetic and some are real Down feather..Syn blankets are good for the house bit I prefer the feathers for the truck. I think they are much warmer,even tho ya do end up with small down feathers working thru the fabric and floating around the truck.
