TIRE BALANCING

CHECKING ON TIRE PRICES TODAY AND IN THE QUOTE WAS TOLD THAT THE PRICE INCLUDED BALANCING BAGS OR SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT THAT ARE PUT INTO THE TIRE WHEN THEY ARE MOUNTED ON THE RIM, HE SAID THEY'VE HAD REAL GOOD FEEDBACK FROM DRIVERS IN THE PAST.

BUT ANYONE CAN TELL YOU ANYTHING THEY THINK YOU WANT TO HEAR AS I'VE FOUND OUT OVER AND OVER AGAIN, WHICH BRINGS ME TO THE QUESTION! HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS METHOD OF BALANCING? AND HOW GOOD IS IT?

THANKS IN ADVANCE! JUST TRYING TO BE EDUCATED BEFORE I BUY SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK!

BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!

I've also heard of putting 3 to 5 golf balls in the tires. Supposedly works really well. And please turn off your caps lock. It's considered shouting to type in all caps. Thanks and good luck with the tire project.

They are referring to Equal. I had tried it in a truck several years ago and the stuff got all stuck together because of humidity. It might be better now. I use the centramatics and they seem to work well. As Glen mentioned, they are more expensive than equal.
www.centramatic.com is there site.
