Those Citgo Travel Plazas in Kingsland, GA that were closed, twice, by state authorities for shorting people a quart for every 5 gallons pumped, as well as pumping regular gas when premium was purchased, they have now reopened under new ownership and management, Patco Energy Express. Gas is flowing now, and diesel will be pumping by the end of the month. Full story here:
