What a waste ..... a 9 year old that has no supervision, I think moreso the adults in his life should be punished. Even at 9, he is still a child and can, (could have), been taught his actions are not acceptable to society. Makes one wonder where he "learned" this behavior.

Yep...the monitor should have been fired, not charged. The parents or guardians should be charged. If your child turns out like this, there was probably criminal neglect somewhere along the line. Either that, or the kid's just defective and must be institutionalized before he kills someone. This is a career criminal in the making.

The parents need to be castrated.

Then that kid needs to have his *** kicked a few times and ask him if he likes it being done to him. I bet his answer is no. Then asked why he does it to other kids.

Sounds good , but imho beating this kid, it will not work. I do understand your statement and I get frustrated with this daycare kind of incident as many in here do. Now that this story is in the state system , police and child services are involved, the long red tape begins. There will be more people involved here then you can imagine. Judges in child court, lawyers, visitation limits and parenting classes and outcome procedures and panel hearings with the parents and this goes on a long time. Why do I know this? I have 4 grandsons, 2 of them I still have custody of at this time . Some relatives are helping now with the other 2 thank God. Emotional, you have to live it to believe it. Anger, wow, anger, again, you have to live it to believe it and all of this mess I've been in was caused by the boys parents, and its all drug related, but now its easing up after 10 years.

Beat the living hell out of him. But then again if he keeps that up he could be king of the hood. If my son came home beat up like that I would find and beat the parents.

BTW why is a nine y/o in the same group as infants and todlers? Yeah Mamma and Baby Daddy should be held responsable for the kids actions it is thier job to raise a civil human being.

Its cases like this why sometimes, I am for screening both women and men prior to breeding Just like a reputable animal breeder dose to eliminate the defectives. Now, dont get all piszed off its sarcasim.

The problem is the LAW say we cannot disipline our childrenlike they should. I was even told that making my boys stand in the corner was child abuse because of them on their feet. HA HA..
I used to know what a belt felt like on my bottom.
Also the boys aunt needs to correct herself and because she said he would not hurt younger kids. This is plain denial.

Not all states are that stupid or ungodly. Some stated have codified corporal punishment into state law so pinhead judges couldn't call routine corporal punishment "child abuse." Oklahoma is one.

I was never whip with a belt, but mother danced me around the yard with a switch and to this day I hate those switches and I can remember the sting of those dxxm things. Some of my childhood buddies got the belt over report cards..omg, but all of us grew up ok as best I can remember. Now our parents are all dead and we all still remember spankings but that was the 50s time zone.
The parents today are different and I dont know what punishment is given out to kids. Its a different time and day.....................we played outside and rode bikes, today bikes hang in the garage and the kids wear out fingers on video games and shoes last forever.........................

Punishment today is taking the Xbox controls away or only giving half allowance. I knew what a belt or a paint stick felt like. I turned out ok, I think anyway.

Some stated actually allow spankings with a hand and not a belt. My boy gets the hand across his rear he knows he did something bad. Only done it once and got point across. A 4 year old that says yes sir yes ma'am and please and thank you. A really good little guy!

Here's an uncle who cares about his nephew. His nephew posted crap about being a gangsta on the net, and his uncle set him straight with a belt. Could have done without the foul language, but he's still far better than parents who won't discipline.

I think my Mom did a better job with the belt.
She didn't take anybodys B.S. She would even give my friends a good old slapping up if they were acting out of line. I now understand why she did it and my kids know I will give then a swat if needed to get them back on track. Of corse now days in new york comunist state you can only use a hand. But all I usualy have to say is do I have to swat you and they quickly get it together.
But yeah we should be able to give our kids a good lod fasion whipping IF AND WHEN they need it

Some of us remember getting a smack from a friends mom or dad and telling our parents. My moms answer was usualy "what did you do to deserve it" and a few times I got a smack or two from her too. Now obviously if I came home with bruises or worse she would have delt with it differently. What I saying before somone gets thier undies in a bunch, is that people need bring thier kids up with respect for everybody and if your kid acts up at somones house or vice versa a good old fasion attitude adjustment is in order. I have no problem telling my kids friends what to do, and if they act up I will verbaly set them straight My house My rules.

Oh, those switches .... the worst part was having to go get the things she was gonna use on you!
