Until they prosecute Antifa and BLM rioters and looters with the same zeal and enthusiasm, this is little more than selective political weaponizing of the justice system.

The decision to prosecute and take cases to trial is based on having sufficient evidence for a
high probability of
obtaining a conviction. That's how the DOJ looks at whether to bring charges and try cases.
There was some previous discussion of this in regards to the Mueller investigation.
Now, contrast the evidence available in the case of riots - that were purportedly associated with Antifa/BLM protests - that often occurred at night, in the dark, little in the way of usable surveillance camera footage ... and the sad, loser retarded bozos who decided
"WE'RE GONNA STORM !!!" ... and then posted all sorts of incriminating self-recorded pictures and video of their own actions all over social media and bragged about what they had done.
Pretty easy to see the difference if one is willing to look.
