How many people have protested or looted and went thru broken glass doors in restricted areas and not had this happen to? Law enforcement knows this was an unnecessary use of deadly force.

She was a lot more peaceful of a protester than the thugs in Portland and Minneapolis or even new York city.....but oh she was a Republican and in the Capitol building......keep your Democrat hate filled mouth in check..

Do you believe that anyone that is protesting nonviolently about whatever, i.e. code pink, BLM, etc. And some people become violent, are the rest considered part of a violent mob?

If they stay where the protest was happening, then no.
If the protest turns into a violent mob and you move with the mob, instead of staying put, then yes.

Considering how those arrested in the Capitol building riot have been treated compared to the thugs in Portland and Minneapolis or new York city....I say it's a very uneven response...many of the ones arrested from jan 6th have yet to even get bail......but Portland, Minneapolis, or new York city thugs get bail within hours of being handcuffed.

I do wonder why, if the police feared for their lives as they claim, that the only person shot by police was not engaging in violence and was in a totally defenseless position while climbing through a window.

It's not like she was an unarmed black man or anything.

There like 63 people currently being detained from January - out of a total of over 550 that were arrested/charged/etc.
