Lol Texas Democrats have infected 2 more DC Democrats so at least 7 Democrats now have covid-19 and all are vaccinated....
Just goes to show that even vaccinated people can get and pass the virus. The only reason they know is because they are tested regularly, the average person wont even know.

Its only a matter of time before everyone gets it, anyone who is not vaccinated is playing russian roulette with their lives, good luck, you are going to need it.

Maybe they all caught it from an infected person that wasn't vaccinated. Doesn't being vaccinated reduced the illness and lessen the chance of shedding the virus such as by coughing and sneezing?

I think the younger ones aren't playing Russian roulette by not being vaccinated.

Yes, more than likely they did catch it from an unvaccinated person who was not showing symptoms, and yes it does reduce the shedding of virus but it does not eliminate it.

When I go into a place of business I still wear my mask, I have received the vaccine but I still want to do everything I can do stop the spread.

Most likely showed syotems. Asymptomatic is highly unlikely to infect people.

If the place of business is remotely crowded, or not crowded but is normally busy like Walmart, or even a convenience store where lots of people are in and out, absolutely I wear my N95 mask. To stop the spread? OK, sure, but mainly because this nor any vaccine is 100% effective.

If you've been vaccinated, you can still get infected, but the symptoms, if you have any at all, are going to be very mild, maybe like a cold. We know that vaccinated people who get infected have a much lower viral dose, a minimum of 40%, and 70% less load being more common.

You read and hear about the breakthrough cases, but people who test positive or have mild symptoms are included in those numbers, and they should not be. A breakthrough case is when a vaccinated person gets the disease full-on same as an unvaccinated person.

The two shots of Phizer are shown to be 96% effective against hospitalizations, and significantly higher than that with deaths. The deaths of vaccinated people of any brand are extremely rare and are still only happening to people over 65.

He's largely correct.

While one can still get infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the vaccines do generally protect one from getting the worst forms of the disease (COVID-19)

Just get the shot.

:)
I did get the shot(s). It's just that if Trump said it the Left would be saying it's a lie.

Largely correct. That's funny.

I'm probably giving away my age here, but I'm old enough to remember when Trump spoke in hyperbole and was fact checked as lying. Now we have Biden speaking in absolutely untrue absolutes and he gets a largely correct. That's weird.

My choice because last I knew this is still America and not north Korea.

Fine - don't get vaccinated - just be sure to be responsible and stay away from the general public, particularly those for who COVID is likely to be a potentially lethal threat.

What's really weird is how many times the Trumpers have had to deploy "It was just hyperbole" and similar in service to their Orange God.

Old Joe ain't got nothing on that action.

That's not the reason Trumpers used hyperbole to describe things Trump said. Trumpers called it hyperbole because it was hyperbole. Hyperbolic language is Trump's default. With Biden not so much.

Nope.

Hyperbolic language is Trump's default.

It's more fundamental than that:

Dishonest language is Trump's default.

Now some folks find that appealing in an elected official I guess ... especially if they think it somehow serves to "own the libs !"

Having had some interactions with a few of them here and there along the way, I can certainly understand why they might feel the need to have a surrogate do it for them.

:tearsofjoy:

With Biden not so much.

That is true.
