Now I realize that might seem rather draconian to those on the extreme rabid right ... given that it's their modus operandi and part of the overall infrastructure.
Right or Left, rabid or otherwise, doesn't matter. It's whether or not you believe everything your government tells you, and you think they wouldn't lie to you.

I imagine that very few are in that position at this point.

Yeah ... media organizations tend to do that (project winners and losers) ... but usually after polls have closed.

And Arizona I think is going to recall the election and redo it with out dominion involved in it.

LOL ... good luck with that.

Of course, The Pillow Guy is fairly certain big things are coming ... and he does have all the packets ...

Oh, you'd be surprised at how many people genuinely believe Jen Psaki doesn't lie. They think the job of the Press Secretary is to tell the truth.

BTW, there is zero chance, if it's even that high, that any state will have a do over on a presidential election. No state or county has ever had a redo in a national election, even in cases where fraud was blatant and proven. It would be a court that decides if a redo would happen, but so far every court case has cited the Constitution which gives Congress the sole authority to set the date on which Electors are chosen, and that the date must be the same throughout the United States. So a redo at a later date would be plainly unconstitutional.

Even if enough fraud and irregularities were found in all the right districts to flip the election, the results aren't gonna change. So the best you can hope for after an election audit is a better, more honest and fair election going forward. Lather, rinse. Repeat.

Alrighty then.

How many ?

Hence, my response to Dan ...

They apparently have a list of people they want banned.
Yup, anyone who threatens their narrative on covid-19. People are starting to wake up to the Democrats corruption and covering for China. If the vaccines we're so necessary and safe.... You wouldn't have to bribe or bully people into getting them. It's kind of common Sense.

So ... your initial assertion wasn't really correct then: Biden (and company) didn't actually ban anyone.
No.. they didn't arbitrarily go into Facebook and start clicking on users on who they wanted banned.

However they did "encourage" Facebook do so.... Which is actually translated to do what we want or else.

It's kind of amazing to me Democrats spent years claiming Russia collusion with the Trump campaign. But after the team of angry Democrats and their hero Mueller came up with Jack to support those false claims.... Democrats still tried to claim that there was collusion.... Just in a 'different manner that wasn't investigated'. However whenever you have a Democrat Administration blatantly come out and tell Facebook to silence those who doesn't push the information they want to pushed.... Democrats try to pretend that isn't the case.... Because they didn't blatantly go do it in person.

The double standards are in place as usual I see.

Right ... so no harm, no foul.

Seems like she's saying they just keep an eye on it and do their civic duty and report it to the social media companies when they find something amiss.

Eliminating these types of public health misinformation certainly falls into a legitimate area of concern of government I would say.

Now I realize that might seem rather draconian to those on the extreme rabid right ... given that it's their modus operandi and part of the overall infrastructure.
So what you're saying is.. despite how many government experts have been incorrect about covid and in some cases blatantly lied to the people and covered up for a certain foreign country that Democrats love and will not be named..... They have a responsibility to eliminate the voices of people who voice opposition to their agendas? They have a responsibility to prevent what they consider misinformation from being spread?

You realize that's the kind of crap that happens in third world countries.. right? I mean heck we're only a few steps away from getting dragged out of our houses and said executed for speaking out against the government....

Republican or Democrat, that should terrify the living you know what out of you.

That being said it absolutely is a violation of the first amendment right. The Constitution protects the American people from having their freedom of speech and expression taken away/restricted by the government. That includes any method that the government may use to suppress free speech. For example "encouraging" Facebook to delete and silence people who speak a different narrative than they want to be spoken.

OK, two issues here. One, if you're going to quote me, do it accurately without altering my words and then attributing your edits to me. That has happened once before, I addressed it directly, and now it's happened again. Why?

Two, Trump is not my Messiah and I don't believe everything he says just because he said it. Even the most ardent Trump supporter well knows he routinely engages in hyperbole and exaggeration.

Ahhh ....so you're not going to attack the information.....just those who presented it? Typical.

I don't even get to the "information presented" to address the validity of it until the question of WHO IS THIS GUY AND IS HE CREDIBLE ? gets addressed and sorted out.

Unfortunately, due to all the echoes in the Rabid Right Wing Echo Chamber, digging that up is more involved than I'd prefer.

Yep ... inasmuch as they are legally permitted and able to do so.

I don't consider Germany to be a third world country ... do you ?

So much drama ...

I think Ragman's reply to you covered what ought to scare people pretty well.

That being said it absolutely is a violation of the first amendment right.

Absolutely ?

The Constitution protects the American people from having their freedom of speech and expression taken away/restricted by the government.

Now do government-mandated required warnings and treatment/restrictions of (false) claims on prescription drug labelling and advertising.

After you get done with that one you could address the mandatory warnings on tobacco products.

And remember:

Corporations are people !

:tearsofjoy:

No.

(See reply immediately above)

For example "encouraging" Facebook to delete and silence people who speak a different narrative than they want to be spoken.

Uh-huh ... well, I'd say the devil is really in the details of what they specifically did.
