cannot forget lawrence and te team who have built eo over the last 10 years.

it was very good to meet all the ones mentioned above, but i met jack and he did not metion me, well, maybe because he had to bend over for us all to know who he was. but jack it was still a pleasure. and thanks to all who attended the roundtable. i think it may have helped some people and w/a little luck, we can do it again next year

I was able to make it on Saturday, my first time ever.Although I regret not meeting with anyone on here, but I felt kinda funny staring at everyone's badge reading names.I know, it sounds like a copout and all.I was the guy in the green hawaian shirt with black jeans with my girlfreind.I take that back, I did see Mr. Caffee,but he was talking with Jeff Jones.I dont like to nose my way into a conversation.I wanted to ask Mr Caffee what kind of shoes he was wearing.But it was a nice show, had a great time, acomplished alot, ran into quite a few old freinds.

I was also surprised that Expeditor Services were not there, either.I did talk to Express 1, and was dissapointed to find out that they require vans to be 2 years old and newer.I think the no-apyment thing is saving quite a few of us right now.

Maybe next year I'll wear something alot louder, like a bright flourescent shirt with my name on it.lol.That would create some conversation.The Elvis guy on stilts was getting on my nerves a little bit.Hard to concentrate on the conversation with All-State with this tall dude going by every few minutes.

It was so great to meet all the EO family...it was the highlight of the show for me.

I know there are friendships and business relationships that will last for many years to come out of the expos.

We met WAY more than seven!! Seeing faces to go with the names will make it much easier to spot people while out on the road!! Be sure to make it next year if you missed this years event!!

Imagine that. I was really looking forward to talking to them,seeing what they had to offer. Years ago I used to haul their overflow freight (Towne Airfreight)from Cleveland to JFK 3 times a week. They were a pleasure to work for back then.

I used to haul their overflow freight also, here in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I currently pickup and drop off deliveries to them occasionally. Also, Bax Global just moved from there Warsaw, In location to the Towne Air Freight building in Fort Wayne.
Did you know that all Towne Air Freight drivers or Owner Operators now? Late last year to early this year they switch over from company drivers to Independent contractors

Guess at the expo you have to hit ever nook and cranny of the floor LOL

I dont like to nose my way into a conversation.I wanted to ask Mr Caffee what kind of shoes he was wearing.

Z-CoiL Pain Relief Footwear This is the link to the shoes Bob wears. These shoes have really helped with his back, hips and knees and now he can stand for hours and talk with no pain.

At this Expo we met more forum members then we ever have with Piper1 and I believe Moose having the best idea of the show. When they filled out their information for the their badges when they were asked company name they put their screen name! It was really great.

We have been to six Expo's and this show for us was the best in many ways. We had a lot of new experiences and they were all great. We cannot wait till next year as I am sure it will even be better then this years.
