Who is their right mind post a "job wanted" add like this...........

"22 years old, class b cdl, married, single driver, will have wife riding with me. No hazmat as of yet, 3 moving violations currently on mvr. if you want me to work for you, I will not go for 60/40 or 50/50 split where I am paying fuel. I am a driver not a truck buyer. I will be paid by the mile and you will pay the fuel and tolls, if you are expecting me to pay the fuel for the truck you are buying or own, you arent making any money anyways, and probably wont keep up on paying me. .28cpm minimum. Otherwise, dont waste time calling. you will also pay for me to get to the company/truck, i will not provide my own transportation there. i am looking to make money, not spend an arm and a leg and not make anything. if you pay .28cpm or better, and are making money to pay the fuel and need a driver bad enough that you will pay the transportation up there. call me at 281-824-8337. That person would be a real treat to meet sometime. Talk about an idiot with an attitude. The funny part is there is someone who will hire him.

Actually, there are a lot like that looking for jobs. The vast majority however, don't lay their cards on the table like that. They try to surprise you after the fact, or, come clean when they are 1000 miles down the road with your truck. He's actually doing the readers a favor.

I will hire him. He would make the perfect driver for a truck I have with no engine.
No problems with fuel cost.
A 1985 UD...just needs dusted off and it is ready to go.

Opps forgot....no tires, but that shouldn't be important

This is probably the kind of person who will be on here the day he is fired talking about how that fleet owner sucks, his trucks are junk, etc.

Then the fleet owner reveals the driver never cleaned the truck, or changed the oil. He peed in the floor, kept 4 dogs, they had to burn the mattress, fumigate the cab, and replace all the stolen stuff...
