The x wife carries one of these 357s. Why, no she doesn't want to shoot me, we go shoot it some on a date lol. Ours or( hers) is the 4 inch barrel model, easy to carry in your pocketbook or on your hip.

Smooth action revolver, shoots 38s also, does not jump when shooting and will do a number on coke cans to predators.

You will not get any complaints on this 686 Smith and Wesson, it will make your day, stopping power, yea buddy, it will do the job. Why does she carry a revolver, hey, she's a cowgirl, I ain't gonna argue with her, I like breathing...........:D

It's an excellent revolver and other than the Colt Python which can't be beaten it's likely the second best looking revolver, especially in nickel finish. Jerry Miculek does some amazing things with S&W revolvers.

Along with my 1911 modified Colt 45 I also have a 686/357. Great weapon. Won't fail, drop it in mud, sand whatever it will fire. Drop it, it won't go off. I shot competition many years ago with the 686 and the 45, video brought back memories with that target set up. My 45 is a 5" with compensator, balanced and several other things done. It carry's a 10 round extended magazine and makes a great big flash at night so if you miss you blind the other guy.
