After several years of helping us out in the position of Moderator, Joe (Layoutshooter) is stepping down to allow someone else to be abused for a while!

It's not an easy job, and I know he'll miss the pay, and the office, but I'm sure he'll adjust!

Joe,

Thank you very much for your contributions to this community and our industry. Over the years we've had some great people volunteer as moderators and their contributions have a huge, positive impact on people getting into this business and trying to add more the the bottom line.

I'd like to ask the EO community to show Layout our appreciation for his years of volunteer service!

Being a mod is kind of like being a service writer I imagine.
When things are fine,you're doing your job. When things go bad,YOU screwed up.
