Dingle and I just left Espar of Michigan with our new bunk heater.

Thank you so much.
Roland did all of the hard work. Kathy made the coffee and kept track of paper work. And Ray. . . well, he supervised.

We are looking forward to added comfort winter and summer. I had not realized that the Espar unit has a fresh air, fan only setting which I expect will compliment the Fantastic Fan.
Thank you, Lawrence and gang for introducing the EO nation to good products and the smaller vendors.

I have always wondered that myself on various websites, like the prices are a secret, seems to me that business would increase with prices posted. Kinda like a used car dealership that doesn't have there prices posted. I'm much more inclined to shop at one with the prices on the window.

Actually if a merchant has a presents on the Internet, it is good taste to post prices and all the info you can about the products.

Now not knocking Ray and his crew but they are the only game in town literally but that doesn't mean they are accessible when a potential customer is looking for info.

This is a 24/7 business...

After I read that to Dingle, he acknowledged that my willingness to be trained has made his life easier.

About the Espar price thing, I don't know Ray's reasoning, but isn't it possible that there is no one size fits all? Since there are multiple products it may be they want to provide good old fashioned customer service and make sure no one buys the wrong product.

I realize installation is probably different for every truck but a price range for the product and not the installation would probably be welcome, just a thought

We love our Espar bunk heater and block heater!....sure made last winter nice and warm
and according to ray the bunk heater could run for up to 18 hrs. on a gallon of fuel.

Next thing I'll be doing is to isolate a couple of batteries for all the creature comforts.

I think we paid $1300 for the bunk heater and $1700 for the block heater.

Down the road (spring time) we'll be having the Fantastic vent installed at Espar of Michigan.

OH! word of advice... be careful what you put near the heater outlet, we ruined our dogs
food bowl.
