The winners of the TEANA (The Expedite Association of North America) Carrier of the Year Awards we announced Saturday at the Annual Conference held this year in New Orleans.
2011 Winners:
1st Place: C&M Transport
2nd Place: Barrett Direct
3rd Place: Load One
Every year TEANA recognizes a member as The Company of the Year. Also recognized are the 2nd and 3rd places winners. This is an award voted on by the TEANA Membership and is based on inter-company business they have done with each other. This is based on "on time" performance, communication, ease to do business with, on time bill payment, paperwork submission, etc.
The recipient company will be chosen from TEANA Expediting Members who have met the following criteria:
Must be a TEANA member in good standing for at least 12 months (current dues paid, no ethics complaints about the company, etc.).
Each TEANA member company will be given a list of eligible Expediting & Associate Member Companies (Affiliate Members are not eligible).
Each TEANA member company gets to vote a 1st, 2nd and 3rd from the list ... and cannot choose themselves.
Voting is based on inter-company business they have done with each other. This is based on "on time" performance, communication, ease to do business with, on time bill payment, paperwork submission, etc.
Only the Key Contacts of your company are allowed to vote, which means each TEANA Member Company get’s one vote.
