Decent people . Sometimes hard to understand . Had a few good weeks and some 150.oo dollar week one time, yes that was not a typo I said a 150.00 week. The people at the top mean well and their serious about what they do its just that it takes awhile to catch on to their system. Let me put it this way,,,Take Fed-Ex and put in a jigger of Tri-state and add two shakes rapid growth and you will see what I mean.I'm staying with them because I want to see what they can become when they work out all of the bugs.By the way the lady running the show over there is on target and knows how to get things done.

Before you lease to Conway, better talk to more of their drivers!!!
Problems in dispatch are at a all time high. After their D.O.T. audit, the manager of operations was fired, but his replacement thinks all o/o are company trucks....to put it gracefully, he is very hard to get along with and does not understand the term owner-operator. I am with CWN and I am looking to change when things get better....I average bout 7-800 per week as a single. All of cnw's freight comes off computor boards, but they talk a good line about Sales. Ed Conaway(pres) talks a good line, but is a snake oil salesman. Michelle, again, talks a good line, but does nothing. Lots of CWN drivers are pretty fed up, so there should be lots of openings soon. The way dispatch treats the drivers, well, good luck, you will need it
