trouble within this system is if you acculated 48 points and need just a couple and do not buy fuel next day u lose the 48 points, you must fill every day till u get a shower credit, if you miss one day u start all over U must get fuel every day and if you have not got credit for a shower and u need just a little and do not fuel next day u lose what points u acculated, this was directly from the customer service at 800 number

I didn't buy fuel (gas) for a week and i still had 3 hower credits and all of my points . I lost 2 credit because it was 11 days old, but I still have 2 right now....for me it takes 2 purchases to get 1 full credit. The credits are good for 10 days AFTER they are posted, which is usually within 72 hours of the purchase....

It's not consecutive days, you don't have to buy fuel on 5 consecutive days, it's within a 5 consecutive day period. Meaning, if you buy 20 gallons on Monday, and then 20 gallons on Wednesday, and then 20 gallons on Friday, you now have one shower credit for those 5 days, plus an additional 10 gallons left over on Friday that will be added to any fuel you buy between Friday and the next Tuesday to get another 50 gallon shower credit.
If you buy 20 gallons on Monday, and 20 gallons on Wednesday, and don't buy any more until Saturday, then the 20 you bought on Monday fall off since that's more than 5 days ago, and you're adding Saturday's fuel to the 20 you bought on Wednesday.
BTW, points and showers are different. You get both points and fuel credits towards a shower credit when you buy fuel, but 50 points in fuel doesn't necessarily mean a free shower. Points are rounded off for fuel purchases, where 24.51 gallons is 25 points, and 24.60 gallons is another 25 points, and gives you a total of 50 points, but it only counts as 49.11 gallons towards the 50 gallons needed for a shower credit.

If you got 23 gallons on Saturday and then 28 on Monday (today), then the shower credit won't be processed until overnight (tonight), so you won't get the credit until tomorrow morning (Tuesday).

this sounds like one of those old algebra problems, where 2 trains leave the station 10 minutes apart and one train gets up to 40 miles per hr and the next train leaves and is running 44 mph, what time will the 2nd train overtake the first , my answer is not meant to be spoken , lol
just talked to a supervisor Was told the lady had it wrong you got 5 days to achieve it but if the last purchase is over what u need u still lose those extra points Right now need 22 points for another shower, will just make it then start on new one Glad I got to talk to a supervisor this time
I believe you must get the credits put on at the fuel desk when you make the purchase. I believe they will not put them on for you if you phone in after leaving. Also, you should not lose any credit except by the 5 day rule. As already mentioned, if you buy 20gal Monday, 20gal Wednesday and 20gal Friday you should get one shower plus be 10 gallons toward your next shower.
No they will put on if you call in as long as u have receipt, especially at Petro since they are not set up yet and have them put them on from T/a too but they do not carry on the extra 10 as you stated, this is per the 800 # but like I said before a rep tol me it had to be consective days but a supervisors told me it was a 5 day rule like rest of u said

The Petro in Little Rock is set up and does the process at the fuel desk same as the T/A. Maybe some Petro aren't ready yet but at least that one knows what to do and handles it efficiently at the fuel desk.
