What?, why do you expect the world to care?, the world never cared about those poor Palestinians refugees. those peoples have been forced out of their homes by the Syrians, the Arab league and the Jordanian Legion in a promise of 'driving the Jews to the sea'. unfortunately it did not worked. for the last 65 years those peoples have been denied any human right...& the world did not cared, the world was not outrage. in fact the ONLY time the world did care is when the world could used those peoples to De-legitimized Israel. the residents of those poor neighborhoods suffered from some of the worst ethnic retaliation. they are not allowed to own anything, they are restricted from outer-racial marriage, they are only allowed to reproduced among themselves, they do not allow to farm, own business, or take any active role in surrounding society. they do not own the land or the home in which they live in, and are restricted from traveling. they do not allow to move to another places. & as mention in the provided link, they have their own sectoral hospitals, schools, and do not take active role in any governmental operations.
outrage ?...well overdo.
UN records show that during the last century 103 millions peoples have been relocated do to war and borders disputed. the Palestinians refugees that ended up in surrounding Arab states are the only ones that did not merge into their new residents country. many Palestinians ended up in western world, like Europe, Israel, Canada and the US, where they enjoy the same level of freedom each and every one of us takes for granted.
this group of peoples have been abused by the Syrian regime for so long, they are afraid of lifting their heads even when the writing is on the wall. but there is hope, maybe in near future they will see the opportunity granted to them and join forces with the ones standing up for the Assad regime.

You may be right, in general, Moose. But reading the article, it says the bombing is due, in part, to pro-government forces being entrenched in the camp. That is commonplace for Palestinians, and Arabs in general, to hide their military command and snipers within civilian-heavy areas, then b*tch when their enemies take them to task on it. Maybe not the civilians, so much, but the military is definitely the cowardly sort. But the civilians still have blood on their hands, for keeping their warlord governments in power, and allowing the Arabs to use them as pawns for so long.

moose,
It just seems to me, when the israelis do the same thing as the syrians did, all of a sudden the world cries for the poor palestinians.

Double standard? I think so!
