How about Craigslist? Or Amazon...
Sad day today as I laid to rest my favorite headphones. After years of trying to keep them alive with first tinfoil (don't ask), then duct tape, they are finally beyond saving.
I tried to keep them on life support because they were the most comfortable headphones I've yet to find and sounded great. I've tried to find a replacement, but it seems they don't make them anymore. Even the high priced ones I've tried, have paled in comfort.
As I bid them farewell to the trash receptacle in the sky, I will always remember the joy they brought me

45,000 new H2B visas coming! How many yellow box trucks are available

But, the 8 highest # of H2B visas were issued during the 8 years of "W".In the 2016 omnibus bill Congress passed a provision that exempted any H-2B worker who had been approved for a H-2B visa in the previous three years from counting against the visa cap, quadrupling the number of H-2B visas that could be issued to 264,000. The provision was not renewed in 2017.
NOTE: The year...2016..an OBama year
NOTE: Under Trump: The provision was not renewed in 2017.
Any idea when this is usually over and the freight picks back up?"Retooling" is the annual plant shutdown that allows the carmakers to change body dies, etc for the new model year. Not as big a project nowadays as it was in earlier years; in the Sixties cars changed fairly drastically every other year. Especially since it occurs in midsummer, it's become a de facto vacation time.
Vans, of course, change drastically about every 20 years , while pickups get renewed almost as often as the great cars of yore....

July is like January. Slow. As each week passes freight usually picks up with full steam in September until at least thanksgiving. So whats the deal with this whole "retooling" thing with the auto places? is that generally considered to be over or no? Ive ran about 1800 miles In the past 2 weeks and this weeks been slow as hell too. Is this how the expediting industry in general has been doing or am I just with the wrong broker? Is the general consensus that its supposed to be picking up here soon?
Know what's funny about August? My revenue in August is usually lower than July. Go figure. From what I hear, usually by August.Any idea when this is usually over and the freight picks back up?"Retooling" is the annual plant shutdown that allows the carmakers to change body dies, etc for the new model year.
