storm warnings hampton roads va, going to have high winds here, heavy rain in parts, watch out for flooding
if road is flood to go thru it , it is deeper than you think

western part of va may have heavy snow storm's , DC and northern va is looking at heavy snow
up the east coast is looking for a couple of feet, so be careful to night.
