Hey Geo. I was in the Dulles area on Friday and it rained all day there as well. It's a bit higher there so I doubt there was widespread flooding though. The good news is, I was booked out of there by the time I dropped.

We got out in the nick of time on Thurday morning!

Headed out west over the HR tunnel. An awesome sight as huge waves of the angry Atlantic slammed the bridge and sent spray over the road.

As a kid growing up in VB we used to go to the beach during the Noreasters and watch the ocean do it's thing. This was the first time getting to see it from the bridge.

They closed the bridge for a while after we got across.

Hope all the other expeditors in the area made out OK.
