i don't see much rezone to dance in the streets yet. afterall it took a FEDERAL judge to prohibit what should've been outlawed years ago by any local or state judicial common seance.
it just show how wrong the state of N.Y is when it comes to constitutional rights, so bad that it took the federal Gov. to force the state to stop abusing it's citizen rights.

TISK TISK TISK, the judge did NOT rule the policy unconstitutional, just how it is administered. It can stand with suggested changes. Nothing new, nothing much changed. Nothing likely will.
