Anybody out there had any experiance owning or driving A Sterling 9500 Reefer (or dry unit) built by Knoxville Freightliner? We are seriously looking to purchase a new 2006 from them. We've looked at them but were not able to drive that day. Unit is do-able for our needs and affordable. Obviously plan to drive before we buy but others experiance with these, both good and bad, is always helpful when making a decision like this!:)

I have the Acterra 960. It's a good product. Jon Mosier is a stand up guy. You can deal with him confidently. He will tell you both the good and the bad, although there's very little bad that I know of. The main thing is they put together a good product that works well together and is good quality, unlike some of the junk on the road. I'd recommend Jon without reservation. Good luck.

I would agree on the trucks from Knoxville. We have bought several this year and have had nothing but good things to say. Jon Mosier did a great job for us without alot of bs.
While it may take longer with a trade in, our whole deal took under a half hour. It is a pleasure to make a transaction without someone wanting to sell me additional items that I have no interest in.
Additionally, trucks were ready and setup as promised with no problems.
I would as Leo has, recommend talking to them if interested in the Sterlings. I think you would be quite happy with the 9500.
