I am a small business owner (in the ice business) and have thought about adding expediter truck to supplement our income. I am wondering how hard it is to get started and how hard to get loads?

Also, who is the best company to get started with?

If you have no experience in expediting, and only plan to have someone else drive it, I would suggest you don't get into it. Very few inexperienced owners make it in the industry. It's hard to fathom what problems your drivers face when you haven't been behind the wheel yourself.
