Sprinter Warranty-Freightliner & Mercedes

Has anyone had experience with the recent Sprinters with the new warranties?
I know that they can only be handled by a select group of dealers nationwide. Does that mean if you break down you have to be towed to one of these dealers?
I guess there's only about 100-120 or so dealers in the Freightliner/Mercedes network that are allowed to mess with Sprinters. Can a Mercedes dealer work on a Freightliner or Freightliner on a Mercedes? Maybe I'm a little confused here:confused:.

You should've been given a yellow card, that tells you who to call. After that, they will tell you where to go when the tow truck they sent out to you shows up.
