Does OOIDA stand a chance as far as getting these stupid laws reversed regarding the 10 hr rule for teams. Please tell me yes.

The chances increase proportionally to the number of members so the answer to your question is we hope so but aren't too convinced. The flip side to your question is are you a member? If not, then join and add one more to the total. If you get the name and number of an existing member and supply it when you join you get a $20 discount on your membership.
