We talked with Speedco yesterday and they are refunding my money for that bad re-cap. We will continue to do business with them as long as they fix problems like this. They were very fast at fixing the problem and very polite to talk with.
That is good to hear. I've always been satisfied with their customer service as well. I believe in the long run they profit more from customer retention and goodwill than they lose in costs. It's too bad more businesses don't run the same way.
