Might be of interest. Just off of exit 22, I-26, if your heading east take a right, about 1 block down there is a Dennys which has a lot of parking, and there is ample room for vans on the tarmac, and straight trucks between Dennys and the adjoining facility. Good shade in the summer time, don't know about overnight parking but bet if you would go in, have a meal and talk to the manager and say your coming in for breakfast, he would probably allow overnight parking. Just an opinion, and of course this always works until someone abuses or trashes up the area.

you are also not that far from getting onto I-85 if need be, just head back west about 4 or five miles on I-26. Also this is a quite part of town from what I have heard.
