There is not many states that could satisfy your NEED for water with comparable water..maybe Wi or Mn...The snow and cold are EASY to put up with, the lack of water is not. That area is FAR too prone to drought. You have to go quite deep to find good ground water. Few lakes or rivers. I would be there in a heartbeat if it were not for that.

My NEED for water is dictated by the fact that the human body is made mostly of water. Florida has an overuse problem. IF South Dakota's populations expands to large then it will too. I would consider Louisiana, plenty of water there. Too bad it is SO hot there. Snake too.
