Sorry re; Pay problems

Very sorry to read that someone can be such a scum bag.

As Independent Owners of our own Business's there is really nothing one can do other than going to court. Your gona need a lawyer.

What a shame and I hope others read this, as this is a real danger in Contractor Relations and pay. We have no rights, that any government dept is gona help us out with. Employee/Employeer realtions one has rights but not Contractor vs OO.

Take a mans dreams and squash them like this, my hope is and it is probably already happened is that he gets the same happiness out of life that Micheal Jackson is now getting. Live being a miserable slob the rest of his life.

I sure hope no other companies will ever hire such an owner and that Panther terminates him.

This owner has no paperwork filed on me, he sent me a packet 4wks after
i started working for him. He claims a check was mailed, that was 2 wks
ago. I pay my child support thru employer payroll deduction, since I didn't get paid for 5wks, now the NE Child Support is going after him
because in NE, it is an order of the court, that an employer has to deduct the support from my check. They gave him 10 business days to reply
that will be this coming Tuesday.

Another driver who started with this same company the same time I did, we both went through Panther orientation together, this owner claims she stole money off her ComData card, so he put her out of the trk at a Petro in Atlanta, she did manage to have her brother come down from IL, and she also had two other drivers there as witnesses, one was a Panther driver. Her and I keep in touch, as we get info from others as to what we can do.

We both had no complaints about Panther, great company, maybe someday, if I can get a trk of my own, it will be leased to Panther or Landstar.
