I'm actually having both enthusiasm, and also a bit leary -
Thjis is always been something I've always wanted to do, yet after reading posts in almost all the trucking forums, especially EO, the reality of the "beast" shines through - especially the parts of slow downs in the expediting part of the industry. But I have been learning though to try and do the best I can to "keep moving". Especially the recent posts about vans - I'll be driving a Chevy Express 3/4 ton.
Lots of info - not enough time to absorb it all - especially @ my age, the synapses don't work as fast as they used to (lol !)
Another deer lecture ? eeks !- how can Ohio deer behavior, and avioding them be any differnet than playing "duck and dodge 'em" like we do up here in the thumb area of MI - yaawwwn !
