Some Pilot Travel Centers given green light to tow?

I've heard several Pilot stores have been given the green light to work with outside tow companies to help regulate parking. It's said that the reserve parking has gotten of control in a lot of locations. Drivers aren't paying the parking fees and a lot reserve a space just to get to their destination and find they don't have a spot they paid for. I'm guessing these are probably the stores near city limits where the parking is really crazy?

I’ve heard about that too. It’s definitely a problem when drivers reserve spots and don’t use them. It makes sense for Pilot to team up with tow companies, especially in busy areas. Just hope it doesn’t create more hassle for everyone.
