It does look like a great idea (of course we have only seen the positive side by watching those videos).

It seems to me that rural interstates might be best. Starting at a shopping mall would be great until the parking is full, then a good portion of the area is shielded from the sun.... same with busy highways like the beltway.

I would love to see an extensive test.somewhere.

How would the glass hold up under repeated snowplowing?

We have 100ft of cracked driveway and we wouldn't mind a new solar driveway.

Next thing you will hear about is some guy putting solar panels on a sprinter. )
