Usually the team would get 40%; so each driver would get 20%.

It really depends on type of truck your driving.As was stated most teams split 40%.If my co driver has lots of experience I will pay him more,and pay myself less.If your in a tractor with a good company,you should average between 800 and 1000 week,sometimes even more
