Not knowing how to drive in the snow is not limited to Hampton Roads, VA drivers. Even in Minnesota, drivers regularly pile into each other and into the ditches when it snows, even late in the winter when you would think people's winter driving skills would be well honed.

That said, it's a heck-of-a snow storm running up the East Coast and accidents are bound to happen. Oh well! The day's are getting longer and winter driving should end soon.

It's a retention problem after 4 nice days of weather your average driver need to be retrained.
