SCHOOL BUS STOPS

WELL I'M NOT SURE WHICH FORUM TO POST THIS SO I DECIDED ON THE LOADING DOCK, I DON'T KNOW IF I'M THE ONLY ONE TO NOTICE THIS BUT IT SEEMS THAT THERE'S AN AWFUL LOT OF SCHOOL BUS STOPS EITHER AT THE BOTTOM OF A HILL OR AROUND A BLIND CURVE OR BOTH!. WHILE WATCHING THE NEWS THE OTHER DAY ABOUT ALL THE SCHOOL BUS ACCIDENTS I COMMENTED TO MY OTHER HALF THAT IT SEEMS LIKE WHEN YOU SEE A SCHOOL BUS STOP SIGN IT'S A STRONG INDICATION OF A HILL OR CURVE JUST AHEAD!HAS ANYONE ELSE NOTICED THIS? ANY WAY I SAID THAT THIS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PROPER AUTHORITIES, BECAUSE AFTER ALL IT DOES'NT MATTER WHO'S AT FAULT IF A CHILD IS HURT OR KILLED BECAUSE FINGER POINTING WON'T BRING THE CHILD BACK! WE JUST NEED TO KEEP OUR CHILDREN AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE! AND REDUCE THE CHANCES AS MUCH AS WE CAN!.
SO I'M ASKING IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS OF HOW TO BRING THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THOSE WHO CAN CHANGE WHERE SCHOOL BUS STOPS ARE LOCATED? AND IN THE MEANTIME LET'S SLOW DOWN A LITTLE BIT MORE AND KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THESE BUS STOPS THAT WERE NOT THOUGHT OUT TOO WELL! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP..........SHARP327

Yep, it's a problem. The thing is the bus stops change every year based on where the kids are at. My aunt is a school bus driver, and gives me the "scoop." When on back roads and by-ways on weekday mornings and afternoons, it's just something you have to be conscious of, and keep your head and eyes up for.
