ScanGauge II or UltraGauge settings

Does anyone know if ScanGauge II or UltraGauge will allow you to set the max speed (MPH) ?

I have both and the ultragague is by far the better product and much cheaper.

Woops neather will do a reset on the speed the max on sprinters is 82mph and a dealer only computer can do it.
